Facts and Events
Name Rebecca Seaver
Gender Female
Birth[1] 3 Feb 1743/44 Framingham, Middlesex, Massachusetts, United States
Marriage 1 Feb 1764 Bolton, Worcester, Massachusetts, United Statesto Andrew McIlwain

It is unclear if this is the correct Rebecca Seaver who married Andrew McIlwain; it may be another Rebecca Seaver (or Seavey?), but there are no other Rebecca Seaver persons of the right age in the records.

The Willis Family article (in New England Historical and Genealogical Register, Volume 114, Page 36) indicates that she married Asher Cutler before 1 January 1768, based on a land record quitclaim to Cornelius Wood. However, Sudbury records show Asher Cutler and wife Rebecca had children in 1739, 1741, 1743, 1746, 1748, 1751, 1753, 1756, 1759, and 1761, and she is mentioned in his will dated 18 Feb 1786 along with the surviving children, suggesting this is not the granddaughter of Josiah Willis as surmised by this article.
