"Raymond E. Herbster, 61, of Broomall, Pennsylvania, a former resident of Lakeville died Friday in his home of an apparent heart attack. He was born in Lakeville on July 14, 1914. He graduated from the former Lakeville High School, and attended Indiana University in Bloomington. In 1945 he married Fay Heritage, in Chicago. She survives with a daughter, Susan Herbster of Broomall; 5 sisters, Mrs. Helen Schafer and Mrs. Edna Berger of South Bend, Mrs. Hilda Bartlett of Bloomington, Mrs. Glee Fair of Walkerton, and Mrs. Carol Currie of Roseville, Minnesota; two brothers, Don Herbster of Lakeville and Grant Herbster of Bohemia, New York, and his mother, Mrs. Mabel Herbster, of Lakeville. Services will take place at 11 AM Tuesday at the Gibson funeral home in Broomall."--Kristy 22:50, 26 October 2008 (EDT)
