Biography

Priscilla was born about 1724. She was apparently born in Stratham, New Hampshire but we have no record. The birth date of 1724 is reasonable based on her date of marriage. It comes from FindAGrave where, apparently, it is based on the tombstone, which reads “DEA STEPHEN PALMER 1724-1799 HIS WIFE PRISCILLA HOYT.” Those dates are apparently for Stephen, not Priscilla.[1]
