Mr. and Mrs.. Porter A. SHARPE: Porter A. SHARPE was born in 1872 and died in 1958. He married Alma Pearl SHOFFNER who was born in 1887 and died in 1968. Porter SHARPE was a large landowner and farmer in the Alamance area and was a dealer in livestock. He was active in community affairs and in his church. They are buried at Lowe’s Lutheran Church.
