  20. "Phyllis Anne Krumm, died Sunday, March 1, 1992, at Kobacker House aftera brief illness. Retired in 1975 as Associate Professor Emeritus, TheOhio State University, after 33 years of service. Graduate from TheColumbus School for Girls in 1926; attended Dana Hall; received the B.F. A. in 1931 and the M. F. A. in 1944 from the Ohio State University.She began her teaching career at the Ohio State University in 1942,where she developed the program in Interior Design and History ofDesign. A much admired teacher, she led to numerous study trips in thiscountry and abroad. As an Interior Designer, she was a consultant formany private and city projects. She was a member of the FirstCongregational Church, the ASID, Monday Art Class, the UniversityWomen's Club Poetry Group, the Crichton Club, The Columbus Museum OfArt, the Ohio State University Faculty Club, Rocky Fork Beaglers and theWorld Federalists. Preceded in death by her parents J. Zettler Krummand Anna Foley Krumm and by her sister Betty Krumm Overstreet. Memorialservice at Schoedinger Mid-Town Chapel, 229 East State Street onThursday, March 5, 1992 at 2 PM. Friends who wish, may contribute inher name to the Columbus School for Girls or the Columbus Museum OfArt."
