Wayne Jones lists only three sons of this Phillip: "Philip Woolever married and died before 22 Nov 1817, when his three sons joined his five siblings in a deed disposing of his former real property. He was the 500(4)3.1 Philip Woolever making a purchase at the Graudin Fulling Mill on 20 Nov 1784.[245] The sons were Henry, John C. and Philip as shown above."
