I Philip Peckham of Newport in Road island in ye Colony of Road island and Providence plantations Received of my uncle Joshua Blackwell of Sandwich in ye County of Barnstable in the Province of ye Massachusetts Bay in New England aforesd the sum of forty shillings money being in full of a legacy given to Jane my wife by Michael Blackwell her Grandfather Late of Sandwich aforesd deceased by his Last will and testament, and I do for myself & Jane my sd wife acquitt & discharge him the Joshua Blackwell his heirs, executrs and Admintrs thereof and of every part thereof.
