    [Note primary record of birth and death date not found (no birth in VR Rhode Island Vol. 4, part 2, p. 108, no death in Petersham VRs p. 184, Find A Grave memorial having no image and apparently copied from a secondary source.). Source of birth is presumably the fathers Bible mentioned on p. 232, though an actual transcription of it has not been located, and probate shows the will was submitted to the court 23 Aug 1792 suggests death date is feasible. Double-dating assumed based on spacing of siblings.]
