Patrick Joseph (Pat) O’Sullivan was born on 11th November 1887 in Rochester, Victoria. Patrick moved to Junee, NSW with his parents and when the rest of the family moved on to Sydney he remained in Junee with his new family. Patrick and Eileen M Day had 2 children and then married in 1916 in Junee, NSW, Australia.

Aged about 29, Pat married Mary Ethel Waterson (nee Hennessy) at St Peters, NSW in 1917. Ethel had four children from her previous marriage.

Pat was active in the early trade union movement. At one stage being the president of the Six hour demonstration committee. He died on 7th November 1933, aged 45 in Marrickville, NSW, Australia.
