  3.   Obituary.

    The BLIZZARD, Oil City, Pa., Monday June 20, 1949. --PATRICK MOFFATT DIES IN CANADA--Word was received here today of the death of Patrick Moffatt, 91, of Brechin, Ontario, Canada, formally of this city. Surviving are: a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Walsh, and two sons, John T. and Raymond Moffatt of Oil City. He was born February 10, 1858, and formally operated a boiler shop on Seneca St. On October 6, 1948, (sic 1947) he fell and fractured his hip and was confined to a hospital at Orillia until December, and since that time had been in a nursing home. Funeral services are scheduled tomorrow morning in St. Andrew's Church at Brechin.
