Page Kilpatrick dies; was lawyer.

Page Kilpatrick, 71, 808 N. Park Ave., a lawyer here 43 years, died at 11:45 a.m. Thursday in St. Joseph Hospital, following an extended illness.
His father, William B. Kilpatrick, was mayor of Warren four times.
Kilpatrick had resided in the home where he was born Oct. 24, 1908, to William B. and Dorothy Robbins Kilpatrick.
He was a 1924 graduate of Warren High School and had graduated from Western Reserve University Law School in 1931, at which time he went into private practice with his father at the Kilpatrick and Kilpatrick law firm. He retired in 1974.
Kilpatrick had served as legal counsel for Canton District Board of Claims of Ohio, Bureau of Workmen's Compensation 32 years.
An Air Force veteran of World War II, he was a member of Trumbull County and Ohio bar associations.
Survivors include two brothers, Bishop Kilpatrick of Geneva, a former state senator, W.B. Kilpatrick of Warren, a former Trumbull County commisssioner; a sister, Grace Cleaveland Crider of Scottsdale, Ariz.; two nephews and a niece.
Private graveside services will be Saturday in Oakwood Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Robert H. Roberts Memorial Home from 7 to 9 p.m. today. The family requests material tributes take the form of contributions to the American Heart Association.
