Nora Throckmorton Fackrell, death 12 Dec 1996, age 61, family Nora Fackrell, our dearly loved wife, sister, daughter and mother, was freed from her earthly pain on December 12, 1996. She died from heart problems. She had open heart surgery 10 yrs before death. This surgery left her legally blind for these ten years. She is a brave strong woman. Survived by husband, William Lloyd Fackrell, children, Wm. Dain (Betty Jane) Fackrell, Melinda (Glen) Davis, Devlin (Vickie) Dee Fackrell, all of Salt Lake; mother, Elda Throckmorton of Payson; sisters, Naomi Greenhalgh, Elaine Farr, both of Utah County; Roxie Throckmorton, Murray; and Karla Dee Harrin of Magna; 12 grandsons and six granddaughters.

   Nora Fackrell, our dearly loved wife, sister, daughter and mother, was freed from her earthly pain on December 12, 1996. She was and still is thinking of and always giving to others. Born May 25, 1935 in Genola, Utah County, Utah, to Ammon Dee and Elda Lavern Pierce Throckmorton. Married William L. Fackrell on June 20, 1956 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
   
   She was a kind and generous soul. She was a member of the LDS Church and served as a Primary teacher, bishop's and stake president's secretary for many years. We will grieve her passing greatly.
   
   Survived by husband, William L. Fackrell; children, Wm. Dain (Betty Jane) Fackrell, Melinds (Glen) Davis, Devlin (Vickie) Dee Fackrell, all of Salt Lake; mother, Elda Throckmorton of Payson; sisters, Naomi Greenhalgh, Elaine Farr, both of Utah County; Roxie Throckmorton, Murray; and Karla Dee Harrin of Magna; 12 grandsons and six granddaughters.
   
   Funeral services will be held Monday, 1 p.m. at the Little Cottonwood 12th Ward, 6135 So. Glenoaks (855 East). Friends may call Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State Street, and Monday at the church, one hour prior to services.
