DEATH: Memorial Obituary Entered into Eternal Rest Wednesday Nov. 10, 1976

DEATH: Mrs. Herbert Young Funeral services for Mrs. Nora m\Queen Young, 69, of Caney Fork Community, who died Wednesday, November 10, in C.J. Harris Community Hospital after a brief illness, were held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Johns Creek Babtist Chuch.

  The Rev. Delos Blanton and Rev. Sterling Melton officiated.  Burial was in Brown Cemetery.
  She was a lifelong resident of Jackson County.
  Surviving are the Husband, Herbert Young; five sons, jack and Edgar Young of the home, Walter Young of Sylva, Hayes Young of Lancaster, S.C., and Woodrow Young of Lyman, Was.; five daughters, Mrs. Gladys Webb of Culllowhee, Mrs Ruby Melton of Sylva, Mrs. Emma Jean Queen of Sedro-Woolley, Wash., and Mrs. Lois Conner of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; the mother Bess Queen of Cullowhee; two brothers, Huff Queen of Lyman, and Sam Queen of Hamiton, Wash.; two sisters, Mrs. Nina Mae Corn of Hamilton and Mrs. Alma Woodring of Cullowhee; 22 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
