On 9 July 1789 John Hayden Jr. & Noah Hayden of Chesterfield, sons of "John Hayden & wife Mercy, quit claim to Nathaniel Brooks of Scituate estate of Simon Brooks of Scituate, deceased." (Plymouth Deeds 70-38) 

    Noah died at 25 February 1829 at Chesterfield, in his 76th year, according to his gravestone.
