alive 1802 at Chesterfield. He was elected hogreave in 1740, surveyor of highways for the South Precinct in 1742 and 1743, fenceviewer 1746, surveyor 1748, fenceviewer 1749, surveyor 1751, fenceviewer 1761, warden 1771. 

    On 5 October 1769 John Hayden 3rd sold 38 acres in South Precinct on the north and south of the road to Stoughton to Issac Thayer of Castle William.
    He was living in Chesterfield MA in 1802.
