Brick and stone mason. He received from his father Dr. Joseph a gift of one half of all his real estate on 28 Jan 1738-9 (Deeds of Essex Co, v. 75, p. 160). He was of Luneburg at that point, but was a citizen of Beverly by June 1739 (Id. v. 78, p. 26). He and wife Margery sold his home farm of 68 acres to his son Noah Jr. (Worcester Deeds, v. 68, p. 399).[3]
