NICHOLAS ALLEE was born on May 1, 1783 in Montgomery County, Virginia. He later moved to Kentucky. He later moved with his family to Missouri in about 1820.

Nicholas served in the War of 1812.

Nicholas was a charter member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, located in southeast Cooper County, Missouri.

Nicholas married TEMPA ANN HILL, the daughter of ISAAC HILL and MILDRED HINES, on November 2, 1815 in Barren County, Kentucky.

On August 25, 1818 Nicholas purchased 25 acres of land in Barren County, Kentucky. (Source: Barren County, Kentucky Deed Book E, Page 21)

The 1820 census shows Nicholas living with his family in Monroe County, Kentucky.

On September 10, 1827, the United States deeded 80 acres of land to Nicholas Allee in Section 7, Township 45-N, Range 15-W, Moniteau County, Missouri.

The 1830 census shows Nicholas living with his family in Cole County, Missouri.

On November 4, 1835, the United States deeded 41.32 acres of land to Nicholas Allee in Section 7, Township 45-N, Range 15-W, Moniteau County, Missouri.

The 1840 census shows Nicholas living with his family in Cole County, Missouri.

On January 10, 1840, the United States deeded 121.32 acres of land to Nicholas Allee in Section 18, Township 45-N, Range 15-W, Moniteau County, Missouri and Section 7, Township 45-N, Range 15-W, Moniteau County, Missouri.

The 1850 census shows Nicholas living with his family in 58th District Township, Moniteau County, Missouri.

Nicholas died on August 17, 1859 in Moniteau County, Missouri. He is buried in Allee Cemetery, Moniteau County, Missouri.
