"Ne de Franconie" turns up in certain online genealogy databases as the name of the wife of a "Werner IV, count in Wormsgau".

This is a mistake. The only source on this couple seems to be a record on the pedigree of Werner V of Nahegau, who is the son of a "count Werner IV (Walaho IV?) in Wormsgau and an unnamed sister of Conrad I" according to Andreas Thiele, Erzählende genealogische Stammtafeln zur europäischen Geschichte Band, vol. I.1, 1993.
