    There was handed to this meeting 130 copies of the printed general epistle from London for last year one of which was read, with desires that the salutary advises therein contained may be more usefull they are directed to distributed amongst friends. Also 3 copies of the minutes of our last Yearly Meeting one of which was read to satisfaction. You extract from the minutes of our last Quarterly Meeting, as follows, the interesting subject of spiritous liquors as handed down in the extract from the Yearly Meeting is affectionately recommended to the attention of our Mo. Meetings, & they are directed to forward clear and distinct accounts as therein directed to our Quarterly Meeting in the 9 mo next which claiming the attention of this meeting the following friends are appointed to have a watchful care over our members in that respect & report to this meeting in the 8 mo next |Viz| Amasa Lipsey, Aron Brown, Asa Cadwallader, Samuel Barber, Peter Thomas, Enoch Harris & Nathan Lupton.
