Moved to Lincoln Co (formerly Wilkes Co), GA, by 1792, when he was granted 200 acres there. (Listed as a Grantee under Head-Right Land Warrants issued in Wilkes Co (GA) to land now in Lincoln Co. Granted 200 acres on Soap Creek in 1792.

Deeds recorded in Wilkes Co (GA) Deeds and Mortgages Book LL, pages 88-89 and 114-15, involving Moses and Letitia Tullis in 1792.

Appears as a Justice of the Peace on listings of Estrays in Lincoln Co, GA, 1798 and 1800.

Appears in 1801 and 1802 Tax Digests for Lincoln Co as owning 240 acres and 7 slaves. Appears to have been one of the larger slave-owners.

Listed as the founding Church Clerk for the Goshen Baptist Church, Lincoln Co, GA, in 1802. He resigned as Clerk on Oct 2, 1802. In 1803, he and his wife were "Dismissed by Letter", probably meaning they moved from the area.

Moved to Edgefield, SC, probably by 1803.

Wrote his will on Aug 1, 1817, in Edgefield, SC. Died by Nov 28, 1817.

South Carolina, Edgefield District. Will Book "A", page 392. Recorded Nov 28, 1817.

I Moses Tullice of the District and State aforesaid being in a Low and Lingering State of Health, but in Judgement good do make this my last Will and Testament Revoking all others and do Will and bequeeth the following Property as follows, Viz. My will and desire is that my beloved wife Leutitia Tullice Shall have all my Estate both Real and personal During her natural Life or Widowhood, my Will also is that when my son Newel comes of age that he Should have made out of the horse and saddle worth one hundred Dollars and George, my will and Desire is that at the Death of my beloved wife Lieutitia that there shall be a Sale of all my property both Real and personal and an Equal Division made among all my Children, my will and desire is that Aaron and Moses Tullis and Bleeman White are appointed Executors to attend to the above and See that it is carried out to the Efect agreeable to the above Will. This in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight Hundred and Seventeen and August the First day. Signed Sealed in the Presents of us Moses Tullice (SEAL) William Thurmond Robert Brooks Allen Burton
