At her home, this place, Sat evening, Feb 7, 1903, after a week's illness, Miss Minnie Rizer, aged 13yrs, daughter of the late Simeon Rizer. The funeral, Rev. J.C.Jeter officiating, took place at the house Tues Afternoon, interment in the Percy graveyard. Masters John Hamilton, John McKenzie, Edward Brown, Douglas Kreiling, Roy Largent and Harry Smallwood were the pall-bearers. [FMJ Feb 14, 1903 p.2]
