This book says her birthdate is 1835, because her obit in 1923 said she was 88yrs old. BUT in 1850, she is 9 (b.1841) in 1860, she is 18 (b.1842), in 1870 she is 27(b.1843) The 1880, she says she is 40 & in 1900, she says she is 50?? I think she was born abt. 1842 & was 81yrs when she died??

Mrs Henrietta Rizer, aged 88yrs, one of Frostburg's oldest residents, died at her home on 51 McCulloh St. yesterday morning at 2.30am, from an attack of double pneumonia which she was stricken with one week ago today. She was the widow of Simon(sic) Rizer, who died 27 (sic)yrs ago. Besides 5 sons, William, Alfred, Robert, James & Arthur Rizer, and one daughter, Sadie Rizer, one brother, James Holtzman of Mt.Savage, survive. The funeral services will be conducted from the home Wed at 2.30pm with Rev.J.C.Spindler, pastor of the Grace M.E. Church, South, officiating. Burial will be in the Percy Cemetery. Her tombstone says Henrietta Holtzman Rizer , wife of Simeon Rizer, b.1835 & d. Nov 12, 1923, aged 88yrs. NOTE: think this is wrong & s/b more like 81yrs old.
