Milly Hill was alive when her mother wrote her will on 3 OCT 1818 (WB 28:220).

10 JUL 1821. William Hill of Lancaster to Eppa Hill of the same. For $10, all interest to the estate of "my sister Milly Hill, deceased" both real and personal, now in the possession of Mary Hill, her guardian and Attorney in fact. Witnessed by James Brent, George Brent, Jr., Spencer George, Jr. Recorded 16 JUL 1821. (DB 26, Part 1, p. 439).

20 AUG 1821. Court ordered sale of her property.

23 NOV 1821. Sale and the division of proceeds was dated 23 NOV 1821, returned by commissioners Bidkar George, James Brent and William H. Brent. The highest bidder at the auction was her brother Eppa Hill, who paid $42.50. After deducting for expenses, her sibling were awarded the equal some of $5.70 5/7 cents. (Land Causes, 1795-1823, p. 327). The siblings were:

1. William Hill (assigned to Eppa Hill) 2. Eppa Hill 3. Thomas P. Hill 4. Roston Hughlett in right of wife Lucy who was Lucy Hill 5. Armstead J. Palmer guardian to Nancy N. Hill 6. Eppa Hill guardian to to the orphans of William Pitman in right of his wife Betsy who was Betsy Hill (These orphans were Leroy Monroe Pitman and Sally Pitman) 7. Armstead J. Palmer, guardian of Clarissa Doggett in right of her mother who was Polly Hill (had married Griffin Doggett, q.v.)
