Buffalo News 22-23 May 2005: Mildred P. Smith Heffley May 21, 2005, wife of the late Walter J. Heffley; mother of John R. (Carol) and Peter J. Heffley; sister of the late Howard and Dr. John L. Smith; also survived by nieces and nephews. A private Funeral Service and Interment was held in Forest Lawn Cemetery under the direction of the Carlton A. Ullrich Funeral Home Inc. Gifts in Mrs. Heffley's memory to the Ronald McDonald House, 780 West Ferry, BUffalo, 14222 would be appreciated.

Son Peter Heffley indicated that her ashes will be mixed with Walter Heffleys with some buried at Forest Lawn, and some buried out at the house on the Lake.
