OBITUARY MICHAEL RANK SEPT. 29, 1910 - NOV. 24, 1995

Michael K Rank, 85, died Friday at a local nursing home. He was born in Luxemburg to the late Louis and Katherine (Seidl) Rank. He then married Irene Hendricks Sept. 21, 1937 at St Martin's Catholic Church in Tonet. Michael farmed all his life in the Luxemburg area, until his retirement in 1985. He was a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters CT 1065 and St Joseph Society. Michael was a member of the St Mary's Church of Luxemburg and their Holy Name Society. Survivors included his wife, Irene, seven children and spouses, Don and Marlene Rank, Luxemburg; Jane and Dick Schunke, Kewaunee; Jean and Gary Nelson, Black Earth; Mary and Jim Beaurain, Casco; Dan Rank, Luxemburg;18 Grandchildren, one brother and three sisters-in-law, Fabian and Pauline Rank, Green Bay;Anna Rank, New Franken;Adeline Rank, Kewaunee;nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Leo, Raymond and Felix. Friends may call at McMahon Funeral Home from 3-9 p.m. today and prior to the funeral service Monday. Foresters memorial service and parish wake service at 7:30 p.m. today. Mass of Christian burial at 11 a.m. Monday at St Mary's Church, Luxemburg with the Rev. Milton Suess officiating. Burial in the church cemetery.
