    at their Emerson Ave. home today, Mr. and Mrs. Michael McDonnell quietly celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary. Both are in excellent health and enjoy a game of cards, except when Maple Leafs are playing hockey. "Then" says his wife, "it is impossible to get Mr. McDonnell interested in anything else"
    Mr. McDonnell was born in Highland Creek, and Margaret Moffatt was born in Brechin, Ont. where they were married. They moved to Toronto 40 years ago. There are three daughters, Mrs. Joseph Kelly (Rose) of Hydro Glen Ont., Mrs. James O'Connor (Catherine), Rathburn, Ont. and Mrs. James Flood, of Hearst, Ont. There are also nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
