- To dau. Polly Turner a slave Judy. All the land which is child's part of the estate of my husband Meshach Turner dec'd. slaves Piety and Joe, all household furniture, etc., to be sold and equally divided between Meshach, John and James Turner, Rebeckah Ogletree, Susannah Wilhite and Sally Billingslea.

- I don't think a death date of 8 APR 1794 is correct since the administrators for Meshack Turner's estate were appointed on 28 Jan 1794 (see estate records above). [sarahs, 10 Apr 2014]
