Hi Sarah, the source for his estate record is the same as his wife's will, listed on the Person Page:

[Source: "Early Records of Georgia, Wilkes County, Vol. 1, pg. 67].

He apparently did not have a will as it does not appear to be listed. I've re-labeled his estate records accordingly.
