    Mellie (Kuhnley) Nolte Passes Away at Hospital Where she Was a Patient Short Time - Word was recieved here late Wed pm by relatives apprising them of the death of Mrs. Henry Nolte, the former Miss Mellie Kuhnley of this place, at 2pm Wed at St.Anthony's Hospital in Effingham, IL where she resided. Mrs. Nolte had been a patient at the hospital for about a week suffering of indirect effects of a fracture of an arm sustained shortly before the holidays. She was 3? yrs of age. The deceased is daughter of Mr & Mrs John Kuhnley of East Magee Ave and the body will be shipped to Patten likely arriving here on Sat. The funeral arrangements have not been completed. Besides her husband and her parents above mentioned, Mrs. Nolte is survived by one son, Clair and the following brothers & sisters: Fred & Edward Kuhnley; Velma & Arlene Kuhnley and Forence, wife of Dr.Joseph Lacue, all of Patton. Ralph W. Kuhnley of Philadelphia. News of her death comes as a shock to both her family & friends.
