Maureen M. Curtis

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- Maureen M. (Donovan) Curtis, formerly of Bernard, Iowa, and Lansing, Mich., died at 12:15 am Saturday at Bay Front Medical Center, St. Petersburg.

Services were held in St. Petersburg, with interment in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Lansing.

Mrs. Curtis taught school in Lansing for a number of years and more recently was administrator of a nursing home in St. Petersburg.

Surviving are a daughter, Theresa, of St. Petersburg; a brother, Most Rev. Paul V. Donovan, Bishop of Kalamazoo, Mich., and four sisters, Sister Maureen Donovan of Bay City, Mich., Mrs. Rita McCarthy of Bernard, Mrs. Paul (Bernadine) Clinton of Morely, Mich., and Mrs. Helen McCarthy of Dubuque.

She was preceded in death by a son, Steven, in 1981.
