- ↑ was visited by Erma Barker when she was 5-6 yrs old. She remembers the family was very musical and played violins and accordions. The women square danced with long ankle length dresses on the front lawn having lots of fun. It was very beautiful. Emma Oldom says the music sounded similar to some of today's Louisiana creole folk music
