I also copied some info from the courthouse. Nelson did not leave a will. But there is page after page of legal stuff. Found out Nelson was injured when his auto was hit by a train, July 5, 1916. He died as a result on July 28, 1916. I will go to the library and see if I can find a write up in the paper. It appears that Victoria tried to sue the Toledo Terminal Railroad but they settled for $2,750.00. Naturally, that is one thing I didn't discover until I copied some of the other stuff. I will have to go back and copy that later.
