  14. ↑ "Mrs. Mary Anna Atkinson, 92, of 712 West Main Street died at midnightSaturday in Vancrest Nursing home. She had been in failing health sinceMay, 1969. Born April 11, 1882, in Crawford County, she was thedaughter of Martin and Mary [Heinle] Myers. On July 1, 1900, shemarried David H. Thomas who preceded her in death on March 29, 1930.She married Herbert A. Atkinson in December, 1937. He preceded her indeath on July 13, 1942. Survivors include a daughter-in-law, Mrs. HenryM. Thomas of Route 2, Convoy; three grandchildren, Marlin Thomas ofRoute 2, Convoy, Mrs. William R. pancake of Route 2, Convoy and Mrs.Rudil Good of Norwalk; 13 great-grandchildren and 7great-great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by two sons,Henry and D. Paul Thomas, five brothers and two sisters. Mrs. Atkinsonwas a member of the First United Methodist Church and its women'ssociety's and a former member of the Van Wert County Hospital Lady Boardof Managers. Funeral services will be at 2 PM Tuesday in Alspachfuneral home with the Rev. Larry Smiley officiating. Burial will be inthe IOOF Cemetery, Convoy. Friends may call today at the funeral home.Preferred memorials are to the First United Methodist Church or the VanWert County Hospital memorial fund."
