She cherished working at Union County Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings with her daughter's "Pink House Details" baked goods. She was born on October 1, 1934 in Champaign County, OH, to the late Walter and Elva Slagle Massie. She was also predeceased by her husband of 44 years, William H Lee, whom she married on August 21, 1954, at her family's homestead; her siblings, Eloise Putman, Raymond Massie, Francis Massie and Marcella Mahan; and a nephew, Michael Schneider.
