                Mrs. Flora Thompson

 Mrs. Flora Thompson, 81, a well known resident of this city, died on Saturday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Dechambeau, in Rome, N.Y.
    Mrs. Thompson left here about four months ago to visit with her daughter in Rome, and while there, fell breaking her leg. She recently suffered a stroke of apoplexy. She was born at Three Rivers, Quebec, and was the wife of the late Gilbert Thompson.
    She had been a resident of this city for upwards of 50 years. She was married in 1871 at St. Mary's church this city. Surviving are seven children. Charles Thompson, Adrian, Mich., Alexander and Joseph Thompson and Mrs. Albert Monette, this city. Zeth Thompson, Syracuse, Leon Thompson, Norkolk, Va., and Mrs. Dechambeau, Rome: also one brother, Charles Lero, Auburn and a sister, Mrs. Benjamin King, Texas.
   Funeral took place in Rome today.
