Mary “Molly” Jeffries was born on 25 December 1756, in Overwharton Parish, Stafford, Virginia, British Colonial America, her father, Joseph Jeffries, was 24 and her mother, Margaret Crosby Smith, was 21. She married Frederick Kemper on 24 October 1774, in Fauquier, Virginia, United States. They were the parents of at least 1 son and 4 daughters. She died on 15 July 1836, at the age of 79.
