Mary Louise Wall, 83, of Hebron died Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2010, at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury. Born on June 18, 1927, in Morgantown, W.Va., she was a daughter of the late Burton Eugene Crumrine Sr. and Ada Robertson Crumrine, and stepmother, Betty Jean Crumrine of Savannah, Ga.
Most of her life, she was a homemaker, but earlier she was an operator for C & P Telephone and a bookkeeper for National Electric.
She is survived by husband of 65 years, Cecil Hasty Wall; a daughter, Patricia Lynn Wall Parks and her companion, Donald Slatcher, of Salisbury; a son, James Oneal Wall and his wife, Michelle, of Southern Pines, N.C.; two granddaughters, Jeanell Parks Todd and her husband, Justin, of East New Market and Aldora Wall of Pennsylvania; two grandsons, Lannie P. Parks and his wife, Tracie, of Jacksonville, N.C., and James O. Wall II of Pennsylvania; two sisters, Anita C. Gill of Fort Walton Beach, Fla., and April Jones of Spartanburg, S.C.; a brother, Barney Crumrine of Fernandina, Fla.; and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Burton E. Crumrine Jr. and James Crumrine.
A graveside memorial service will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in the chapel at Eastern Shore of Maryland Veterans Cemetery near Hurlock. The Rev. Howard Travers will officiate.
