Carolyn was a classic tom-boy with outgoing personality. Her first marriage presented some family stress because the family was traditionally strong Methodist and she married a Catholic (marriage ended in divorce, but not clearly due to religious conflicts). Carolyn was an industrious and loving person (so loving that she could be easily imposed upon by others). She and I were close enough in age and orneriness that we remained emotionally very close throughout life. This family information from Carolyn. Jan 93 address= 310 Maple St., Crown Point, IN 46307. In Sep. 1999 I phoned her to check on her recovery from cancer surgery a few weeks prior. Michelle was not living with her then, but was residing with her two children and moved near her mother. I attended her funeral and maintain periodic contact with her children.
