Facts and Events
Mary Elizabeth Byerly or Beyerly probably lived after her husband's death in 1886. I have found no death record or estate record for her. She signed deeds (along with her husband, William Swaim) in Vinton Co., Ohio, in September, 1882, when selling 2 properties to their son, Elijah Swaim. She possibly died prior to 18 Feb 1889, when her son-in-law (Marcus L. Dunkle), acting as Guardian of her grandchildren, the children of Hiram Harley Swaim (1848-1881), sold (to Charles Bray) the children's 1/5 undivided interest in "the life estate of Mary Swaim" on a 40 acre parcel located in Swan Twp., Vinton County, Ohio, of the South east quarter of the South east (or west) quarter of Section No. 21, Township No. 12, Range No. 17. --RWMeyer 18 Aug 2014 Image Gallery
