    Warrenville, S. C., Dec. 13--Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Attaway Hewitt of Warrenville, S. C., who died at an Aiken, S. C., infirmary today after a lengthy illness will be conducted at the Warrenville Baptist Church Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. with the Rev. Everette Talvert officiating, assisted by the Rev. Albert Carter. Interment will be in the Piney Grove Cemetery. The body will be at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Gladys Posey, 74 Lombardy St. Warrenville until the hour of the funeral.
    Mrs. Hewitt was the daughter of the late David Attaway and Carrie Crouch Attaway. She was a native of Saluda County, S. C., and had been living in this section for many years. She was a member of the Warrenville Baptist Church.
    Survivors are her husband, Fred R. Hewitt of Warrenville, S. C., two daughters, Mrs. Gladys Posey of Warrenville and Mrs. James Green of Graniteville, S. C.; Marvin Hewitt of Warrenville; sister, Mrs. Estelle Burckhalter of Bath, S. C.; three brothers, Robert Attaway of Augusta, David Attaway of Bath, and W. L. Attaway of Palm Harbor, Fla.; 12 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
