On his death, Martin's Estate was valued at $9,200, including real estate valued at $7,100. Martin left his son Gordon, the south 25 acres of east half of lot 15, con 2. his daughter Teresa $200, and his son Murray the north half of the west half of lot 15, con. 2, and his wife Nora the south half of the west half of the same lot, plus share equally with Murrray, all farm stock & produce. Executors were his brother John McDonnell and friend (cousin) Patrick Hayes.
