  3. ↑ Her headstone lists her birthyear as 1859. If that is correct, she would have married at age 11. However, she was age 15 and living at home with Balas and Ellender on 29 June 1870 according to Census records. On the 1900 census, she was age 46, b. Oct 1853; M 29 years, 16 children, 14 living.
