There is a listing on the 1930 Gilmer Co Census that could be Julius. It is in Alto Dist, Julius G, age 49, married first at 19, born in NC; Nellie L, wife [Hattie had died in 1921], age 23, married first at 13, born in GA; Loretta O, dau, age 14, born NC as were both parents; Ella Mae, dau, age 9, born in NC as were both parents and Eugene, son, age 2/12, born in NC as was father - mother born in GA. If this is John Julius, he could have remarried after Hattie died; Loretta could be the Landa (Louda) in the 1920 census; Ella Mae could be Hattie's and Eugene would be Nellie's child. There is a death record in Gilmer Co for a John J Patterson, on 14 Apr 1958 - age 80!
