Note from John Robert Lowrey: Martha Mable lost her mother when she was two years of age and her father when she was sixteen years old. After her father's death she was admitted to the Widows and Children's Orphans Home in Corsicanna, Texas. She was at the o phans home for about three years and finished her schooling there. While she was there, she met John Samuel Bell who she married soon after leaving the home. She died of a Coronary Occlusion Coronary Embolis only ten days after her husband's death and is buried in the Talihina, Oklahoma Cemetary. John Robert Lowrey
