Letter from Judith Ziegler Woodard to granddaughter, Anna Woodard, December 2020: Anna, many of your ancestors have loved Jesus. My Mom, Marjorie, loved to sing hymns, especially "The Old Rugged Cross". However, she had a difficult life and had 7 children in 14 years. She had severe back pain with scoliosis and too much arthritis to have surgery. She had a difficult, hardworking husband. She loved to watch Jeopardy! on television. My Mom sometimes watched our kids on the rare days when I had to work the day shift.
