Her grandchildren called her "Gaga". This came about because one of the grandchildren called her this before they learned how to speak well enough to say "grandma" and it stuck.

    Mrs. Lucelia Eva - Johnson, wife of Everett Emerson Johnson and a well known resident of this city, died in a local hospital early Friday afternoon.
    She was born in Bedford, April 23, 1891, a daughter of Charles Henry and Ida (Preston) Gage. A resident of this city for greater part of her life. Mrs. Johnson and her husband made their home at 5 Bennett st. A Member of the First Congregational church and its Woman's Association, she was fraternally a member of the Nashuaway Woman;s Club: Pilgrim Chapter No. 35 ___ Olive Branch Rebekah Lodge No. 1, IOOF and Nashua Grange NO. 13 P. of H.
    Surviving relatives include her husband, Everett E. Johnson; two sons, Ernest G. and Everett E. Johnson jr; both of this city; three daughters, Mrs Dorothy P. Davis of Amherst, Mrs. Marjorie E. Champagne of this city and Mrs Carolyn E. Baron of Exeter; 19 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, C. Harry Gage of Bedford, and a sister, Mrs. Frank Silva of Littleton Common, Mass; also several nephews and nieces.
