Lottie A. McALPIN, 94, a resident of Westmoreland Manor, Greensburg, formerly of Jeannette, died Friday, Dec. 1, 2000.
She was born Feb. 6, 1906, in Herminie, a daughter of the late Edward and Myrtle LOUGHNER CHEW.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Robert McAlpin Sr., in 1948; four brothers, Robert, Edward, Dwaine and Howard Chew; and three sisters, Twila Carroll, Lorraine Chew and Ruth Burns.
She is survived by a daughter, Jane and son, Robert McAlpin Jr. ; three sisters, Dorothy SPOONHOWARD and Catherine MELLINGER, both of Herminie, and Jane HENRY of Greensburg; a brother, James Chew and wife, Alma, of Herminie.
Friends will be received at the JOHN V. GRAZIANO FUNERAL HOME INC., 228 N. Second St., Jeannette, Interment will follow in the Brush Creek Cemetery, Hempfield Township.
