Here lyeth the Body of Honorable Lewis Burwell, Son of Maj. Lewis Burwell & Lucy his wife Of the County of Gloucester who first Married Abigail Smith of ye family of ye Bacons by whom he had four sons and Six Daughters and after her death to Maria the Widow of ye Honorable William Cole by whom he also had two Sons and three Daughters and Departed this Life the 19th Day of December Anno Domini 1710 Leaveing behind him three Sons and Six Daughters.
