    Whereas John McCrone deceased in his life time owned land bounded by land owned by the heirs of John Peach, land owned by the heirs of Edward Edwards, and lands of Henry J. Tatnal, containing 140 acres more or less
    and he made his will on 1 Aug 1862
    which directed his executors to sell the land within two years of his decease (Will Record Book Y, p. 349)
    and the land was sold at public auction to Thomas Holcomb for $19,735 on 18 Nov 1864,
