I will mention, Bob Landsman told me that when he was young and was visiting his grandparents in Miami, a man came in and someone said that this is your Uncle Willie Frieder from Cincinnati. Then a few years ago Bob read a story about four Frieder brothers from Cincinnati who had helped get 1200 Jews out of Germany during the Holocaust. <http://www.cigaraficionado.com/Cigar/CA_Features/CA_Feature_Basic_Template/0,2344,1254,00.html> is a link to a story about this. On the 1920 census that I attached you can see that William Frieder lived close to one of the Frieder brothers, Philip. I haven't been able to figure out if William is related to these brothers - hopefully at some point some records will become available that will help figure this out. PER JOHN HYMO on 5/10/2010
